Envirosax believes that education in environmental sustainability begins at a very young age. Envirosax is committed in keeping up to date with sustainable education resources and practises around the world.
The necessity for communities to rapidly embrace and apply sustainable practises is well documented. The interconnectedness of realms that were once able to be considered in isolation has led to a growing realisation that the notion of sustainability needs to be a more holistic one and, as such, cultural, political, social, environmental and economic realms have become equally important to the notion of a sustainable future.
It is also apparent, on macro levels (global) and at the micro levels (schools) that such broad changes in people’s mindset cannot be imposed or effected overnight and so schools remain central to the long-term goal of sustainability because of their long-term access to developing minds.
